TCEP is TESU's credit by exam program. It's not a separate entity from the college like DSST or CLEP exams and test-takers do not select a school to send their scores to like with DSSTs/CLEPs. Once enrolled, passing a TCEP would mean credit for the course associated with the TCEP. I suppose then someone could transfer the credit for that course to another college.
