Do the cornerstone and capstone courses also count as liberal arts credits?

In my experience, the cornerstone was counted as liberal arts, but the capstone was not. Mine was a business concentration, and business courses tend not to count as liberal arts. I am not sure if a different concentration would result in liberal arts credit for the capstone.
