To the OP, I've been where you are and I remember struggling with the second bachelor's question, but please believe me when I say that it is a distraction. I urge you to stop thinking about the second bachelor's. Focus your time and attention exclusively on the first one.

Planning for the second bachelors right now is actually creating a road block, it is stopping you from forward progress. You have no idea what life will throw your way in a few years. Plus, once you get the bachelor's, you may have confidence for grad school... this is what happened to me. Grad school for accounting seemed like a pipe dream. As it turns out, I have decided against a second bachelor's and am going to grad school for an MS in accountancy instead. Super excited about that decision and the first bachelor's made it possible.

Who knows how it will all work out for you... but it appears that you have two things to consider:

1) Stop thinking about the second bachelor's. It is a waste of time right now. Focus exclusively on the first bachelor's until it is completed.

2) Focus on a bachelor's that is most compatible with your long term plans.

The advice from the ladies on the forum (including the one I am quoting) are amazingly helpful! This is what I highly recommend doing as well.
Finish the first Bachelors and then work on the Masters. I am still in that thought of mind of doing another Bachelors, but that will be afterwards.

Because the general education requires of the BALS/BSBA and the WGU BSIT, are virtually identical, you should just get those done first asap.
Complete the BSBA GM or the CIS if you prefer from TESU and when you finish, transfer X credits to WGU's BSIT. You get credit/certs from WGU.

Basically - Plan it, work it, finish it, End of story. Don't get caught up in the "i want this/that degree", it's get the first thing done and continue.
I highly recommend finishing the majority of the work from the Straighterline/Study.com combo as they are the most appealing for fast credit.
