Hi,
I'd like to recommend the PGCEi from the University of Nottingham. It costs about 3500GBP all-in, including all fees. You will have to participate in a one-week cohort in person, there are cohorts all around the world, you'd likely fly to one and stay in a hotel. I've found it to be the best value program. This won't certify you officially in your home country but the majority of international schools will consider such a credential good enough. There have been people in Hong Kong that have been refused a visa, but a huge portion of the world honors it. Take a look below:
