One time I needed a second ID. The reason was the "Authenticate Me" section where they usually ask questions about previous addresses was different one time and they asked me to type in my address and some other info. No matter how I tried to type the info, the system would not read it. Finally, I asked what else could be done and the proctor asked me if I had another ID so I used my passport. The other four times have been the same system and no problems.
