When they give you 1.5 credits and you need 3 of them, that means the course technically doesn't count.
Generally, there's no "option" to add 1.5 of one course, with 1.5 of the other course to give you a 3 credit course.
If you really think they can give you an option of "combining" them, ask for them to combine it and see what they say.
Since it's "cheap/easy/fast" credits that's non proctored, finish it at ALEKS promptly for less of a headache later.
Having said that, they require College Algebra and Statistics I think for your degree. Get them done asap.
