It's a mix note of BALS and BSBA. It depends on what your associate credits are and what credits are required for each degree. I say it's a coin flip even with the TECEP pricing.
The reason is your BALS has 27 free elective credits that can be anything, plus it has 20 credits of general education electives, choose all the cheapest courses for those.
My suggestion is to list your courses taken into a spreadsheet and paste it in here, if you don't have a spreadsheet, copy/paste everything into this thread for feedback.
While you're waiting, read the Beginners Guide sticky thread or the wiki, you can also view other detailed information on the wiki as well.
