There is no cheaper RA school for a masters in psychology than Capella's FlexPath programs. If you make the assumption that a person didn't do his or her research, then you would be wrong. Also, the admissions requirements are different for the FlexPath programs, but they're still open enrollment. In other words, admission is not competitive. You just need to meet the minimum requirements.
Keep in mind that none of the FlexPath programs are designed for licensure. You'll likely end up getting jobs that only require a bachelors in psychology.
No one here is going to know how Capella will deal with no GPA. You have to ask them.
