I haven't taken microeconomics, macroeconomics, or organizational behavior and I passed the exam.
Having taken other business courses can make it easier. For example, I'd just done the Business in Society TECEP, so all I needed to do for the business ethics/corporate social responsibility topics was a quick skim of chapter 9 in the recommended textbook.
But everything you need for the exam is in the recommended textbook, it you're willing to put in the study time to learn it.
Personally, the course topic I found the most helpful/applicable was principles of marketing. Management was a bit helpful; finance hardly useful at all.
