TESU has a BSPS (BS in Professional Studies), with an option for a Specialized Career Track in Culinary Arts/Hospitality. But, they only have 15cr in that area.

My advice would be to apply to TESU for the BSPS to see where they put all of these credits that you have, but I honestly think they are going to put a lot of them in Free Electives, and there's a 9cr max in the BSPS. So you would end up losing a lot of your credits. Once they evaluate the courses, you could see what the BALS (BA in Liberal Studies) looks like - there are more options for Free Electives - but less freedom in the Area of Study for these credits.

Then, you should also apply to COSC to see what they do. For someone in your situation, with a lot of credits that won't fit neatly into a degree at TESU, COSC will probably be a better option.
