There's Art of the Western World DSST, but I wouldn't exactly recommend taking it. I was VERY well-prepared, and failed it by 2 or 3 points. 
I think I've only heard of one or two people passing it. BUT, that said, if you are really desperate, and amazing at art and guessing well on tests, maybe it would be worth a try. I am thinking about retaking it, but only if I had to.
Also, there's CLEP Humanities, which covers art appreciation, music, and some lit. That one, I took before the Art of the WW, and passed it pretty easily.
