Have you looked into the instacert flashcards for the Strategic Management TECEP? While I haven't subscribed (yet, planning to after I sludge through a couple more courses) I did take a look at the sample flash cards and they seem pretty interactive and while I have never been diagnosed formally with ADHD I could see where this would have me retain more knowledge than just reading material.
