You can't get this class elsewhere if you plan on getting your degree from TESU. You have to either take the TECEP or the class. Only two options for this requirement at TESU. If you need a Strategic Management course then it may work at other school I am not sure, but if you plan on finishing a degree plan at TESU in Business then you need this requirement.
