I don't see that working. You need some specific classes and they will include assignments that need grading, so you can't be certain of a timetable on anything that isn't a test out.
Notgodot (well versed already in lit) took 12 "classes" at shmoop (36cr) in about a month. I can't imagine what that work load was like but it's not something most would do
