Since I'm not sure what your first degree is in, I'm not sure what you mean here. There is second bachelor's, and dual bachelor's.
You can't pursue a second bachelor's at TESU until after your 1st bachelor's has been conferred. Then, you need 24 new credits in the new AOS.
If you wanted to pursue a dual bachelor's, that might be possible. It's a different process. But it would depend on what the 2 degrees were in. You can't get a BSBA and a BA in History, for example, at the same time. You can get 2 different concentrations in the BSBA, or 2 different BA's or 2 different BSAST's.
