Most efficient Associate degree I can get?

These are the only fees that WVNCC lists. They do not appear to have a graduation fee, but surely you would need to pay the semester fees.
Capital Fee (per semester) $50
Administrative Fee (per semester) $50
Facility Fee (per semester) $80
Student Activity Fee (per year) $75
Information Technology Fee (per credit hour) $15

That would mean fees of $255 for the semester if you transferred all credits in.
