Mamasaphire Wrote:Well this is a new experience. I haven't contacted an advisor for a change on my academic plan for months.
Politely emailed with a change I want made (moving a planned class to "other" category), and this was the reply I received:
I guess I will open a new ticket. I want it moved because I may not end up using it at all, and if it really makes no difference, I feel the advisor should have just done it.
Or am I wrong?
It's much easier to ask them to move a course back to where it was, and tell them you're not taking the planned course at all. Otherwise they get very confused. I would just open another ticket and tell them those 2 things.
