"Easiest" is different for everyone - what might be easy for me might not be easy to you, and vice-versa.
Even though I'm getting my degree from TESU, I don't think they have the most liberal credit transfer policy at all. I think COSC or EC might be more liberal with what they accept. That being said, TESU requires fewer UL credits than COSC/EC (18cr vs. 30cr for most degree programs - and only 12cr UL required for the TESU BSBA).
The TESU BSBA requires College Algebra as well as stats, so you would at least have to do that. Also, the BSBA does require a capstone - but you have the option to take it as a TECEP exam rather than a course, unlike the rest of the degree programs.
The main problem you're probably going to have with the TESU BSBA is that I think a lot of the courses you've taken won't transfer well into it. The FVT, GAT, CIS, MM, and XD courses probably won't count as Gen Ed, and there is only space for 6cr of free electives in the BSBA degree. So those courses will all get bumped out.
On the other hand, if you were to apply for the BA in Comm, after you get your eval, you can look at how your credits would fit into other degree programs (like the BA in Liberal Studies, which is by far the most flexible of TESU's degrees). And with the BA in Comm or BALS, there are 27cr of Free Electives, so anything that wouldn't fit into your degree would most likely go to Free Electives, so fewer of your credits would go to waste.
I would also look at the BSPS (BS in Professional Studies). There is a little more leeway in what is considered the Area of Study. It's a good way of getting some business or other courses to count in the AOS without having to get the full BSBA if you want.
