I don't have time to do the whole evaluation, but you appear to have most of the credits for a BSLA from Excelsior, with depths in Communication and either Business or Education already completed (12 hours with 3 upper level per depth; Communication is the arts field you need).

Before you do anything else, sign up for ALEKS and complete Beginning Algebra (For Excelsior), Intermediate Algebra (for TESU), and College Algebra (for both) if you can. Add Stats and Trig or Precalculus if you decide to do the TESU or Excelsior BSBA. Big changes are coming soon with the ALEKS system and you should get those completed ASAP before the changes kick in. The minimum math for Liberal Studies is Beginning Algebra for Excelsior and Intermediate Algebra for TESU.
