With the Study.com schedule I am on, I will finish around the 5th of July, 2017. I can't finish earlier because of my subscription. So if I have everything else done except for my last two courses I can apply for graduation before the July 1st cutoff and then just send the two remaining transcripts when I have them while they are going over my application? I was pretty bummed to realize that I would need to wait until December 2017 after finishing in early July.
Yes, if you think you might make it, you should apply for graduation. Once you apply and pay the fees, they will audit your credits about two months before the graduation date. If you don't have them in, they will inform you of the lack, and schedule a second audit about a month later. If you know things are going to be close, you can email the registrar and let them know what's going on. They will work with you to expedite the evaluation of those final credits. I'm sure there's an absolute deadline, but I don't know when that is. The worst case is that you don't make it, in which case they will roll you over to the next graduation period, and you're no worse off than if you had waited.
