OP, you really should research the other SL threads in this forum, especially about those who can finish double digit numbers of credits in a single month. It is worth it to spend the time to research SL. I'm a big fan of taking exams (CLEP, DSST) with the help of IC and still prefer those exams over taking SL courses at home because these credits are easier to use elsewhere. But to me, SL is the at-home version of taking exams with just one proctored final that you can fail on purpose and still pass the class. Your grade is 100% on exams. You can choose to buy and read the textbook and do the homework, or you can dive straight into the exam without purchasing the very expensive textbook from SL. I'm being a little bit vague on purpose to avoid adverse action by the powers that be who would not appreciate a cookbook style post that minimizes cost and maximizes speed. But consider it's possible to complete 10 SL courses (30+ credits) in a month.
