If, for example, TESU stops offering SM (Strategic Management) as a TECEP in March: If you did not take the TECEP before that point, you will have to take SM as a course to fulfill the capstone, full stop. The degree plan requires SM, and there's no way to take it as a TECEP after that point. If you took SM as a TECEP before that, it will continue to count towards your capstone requirement.
If instead you're asking, if they change the capstone to a different course, will the TECEP still count for you? That depends on if you're currently enrolled. If you're currently enrolled, SM will still be your capstone. As long as your enrollment doesn't lapse, you will be fine.
