Yes, they should, since the CLEP College Math counts as MAT-102 and MAT-103.
I am working on Mathematics I, just to see what it's like, and have ended up looking at the syllabus and just doing the exams. However, there are a lot of practice problems available to do.
Another thing, much like Straighterline, if you score above 70% cumulatively on the course exams, you appear to have all the credit you need to get ACE approval, so you don't necessarily have to make a great grade on the final. Some people like this, while others prefer the Saylor system of simply taking the proctored final when you're ready and having the grade based on that.
