Did they rule out the two TCC courses counting as soc all together, or just not counting then until the course description is provided?

Tor College Credits: SOC303 Sociology of the Ba'al Teshuva Movement - Course Description Required
Tor College Credits:SOC302 A Social History of Jewish Foods - Course Description Required

I provided the information they requested but sadly they still completely ruled out those two courses, this is what TESU said in the email:

"After researching the NCCRS database for the Tor Academy courses; SOC303 and SOC302, it appears that NCCRS has not reviewed the courses for credit. Therefore we cannot accept them as transfer credits."
