Thanks! I'll have to come back to this thread soon to give some thoughts on my mentor.

My topic was about how Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (a stress intervention program focused on meditation) could be integrated into sports/athletics. It was essentially a sports psychology project, which is funny because I'm not much of a sports fan hilarious

But it did the job, and it's very unlikely I won't get an A, unless I somehow really messed up/overlooked something for the final module, which I'm pretty sure I didn't
