if they are in the midst of working with TESU to revamp their transfer equivalencies list, it wouldn't hurt (in my mind) for them to advocate for the courses, especially those listed by ACE as UL, to be accepted as UL. The best time to push for that might be in the midst of transition
As dfrecore mentioned, we cannot decide how universities choose to accept our courses, so we are referring to upper-level ACE credit recommendation. We do understand, though, that this can be frustrating. As you suggested, we will ask TESU about these upper-level courses during our conversation about the transfer guide and advocate for them to be equivalent to upper-division TESU courses when they transfer in.
