This is generally true, but many of their newer course are only $99+$25 ProctorU fee, making them comparable to CLEP/DSST.
That being said, I wasn't impressed with the one exam I took with them, and wouldn't be inclined to use them again if other options were abailable.
But since their test, at least the one I took, was just pulled from a test bank somewhere and not developed on their own, there's probably a ton of variation between subjects.
