I took this exam Friday and after nervously waiting all weekend just found out I passed. 
I've been very nervous about this exam since you can only take the TECEP twice and they supposedly no longer allow outside sources. I definitely see why it's a capstone as it builds a lot on material from previous courses. Like someone else posted (and evidenced by my 10 point higher score) I found the actual exam to be easier than the Business in Society one but still quite challenging. It's essential to know most of the lists presented in the book in order to answer the short answer and essay questions.
bricabrac's notes and also Nyarpy's flashcards were both very helpful in reviewing and committing the information from the textbook to memory.
