The fact that they can do it in 1 day (or 5, in your example) but make you wait the full 25 anyway. Maybe I want to send in an ACE transcript and have it evaluated *now*, or ASAP.

Well they could at least provide the option. A fee for "expedited service" would not affect you if you didn't use it.

That just sounds like more work for them to process everything by changing a format as (Do ASAP vs At your convenience). Otherwise it would take them even longer for them to get back to others because someone is always cutting in line so to speak.

I do think the wait is a bit crazy, but if that's the process so be it.
