ASBA to Canada questions

Hi there, I live in Canada and am interested in doing a test out degree like mentioned on this forum. I live far away from any CLEP/DSST testing centres so I would like to eliminate/ minimize those exam, however an Excelsior approved site is close. I see that you can get an associates taking mostly Saylor exams through TESU which would be a good start. Has anyone tried to transfer their associates degree to a Canadian university such as Athabasca to complete their bachelor? Has anyone successfully completed a TESU or other American bachelors from Canada without CLEP/DSST testing? Any info is greatly appreciated.
