Yeah, so after reading those two files (even with the changes), you still have to ask yourself which school you are wanting to go.
Even if you have the courses planned for all Big three or 4 schools (including WGU), if you're not deciding on the school, it's a waste of time.
My suggestion right now is to do the following: Create a spreadsheet with all the requirements needed for each degree and school.

You have to find out which one of those degrees is more for you (cost, credit transfer, ease of testing, requirements, etc)
Individuals who contribute mostly to TESU degree planning because they're easier to find for acceptable transfer courses.
Generally, it maybe as simple for WGU as well... The same can not be said for COSC or Excelsior, especially for UL ones.
