by "sign up" do you mean apply? I applied at TESC. I paid the $75. I just meant that I don't want to complete the PF course and find out that TESC won't take it. Makes me feel uneasy

TESU has said the Penn Foster Strat. Bus. Mgmt. course will transfer in as the capstone IF you have enrolled in it (the Penn Foster Course) by July 1st.

This only applies to already enrolled TESU students, which you are not -- you are only an applicant until you've taken a TESU course or passed a TECEP.
