If you want a very general degree, you can take the BA in Liberal Studies at TESU. The BALS is much more flexible in terms of what they will bring in (27cr of free electives as opposed to 6cr of free electives for the BSBA, and you are very free to pursue whatever course of study you like). But, you will pay more, as you will have to take the Capstone, which will be $1155 for you in-state, and that is a 3-month course. The TECEP is only $114 (the business capstone of Strategic Management is the only one where you can test out of it).
I think it just totally depends on what courses you've taken, and what courses you're best at. If you're a history buff, for instance, and think it would be really great to take as many history courses as possible to get a BALS, you might do well to take those. It might go faster for you than a BSBA. It just really depends.
And I'm not sure on TESU's policy of whether they will let you take the Capstone if you haven't finished the cornerstone (which we know nothing about yet), and so that might hold everything up.
