Do you guy excercise? If so, what do you do?

I normally work Friday-Saturday-Sunday and do 12 hour shifts, so when I'm not at work I'm sleeping, on Monday I don't work out at all. However I try to the rest of the week.

Tuesday is
Stretching
1 Minute 30 second planks (front, side to side)
Bench Press 5x5
Incline Bench Press 5x5
Dumbell fly 35lbs 10x3 sets
Weights dips 45lbs 5x3 sets
Row 100 lbs 10x3 sets
Iso lateral plate row 115 lbs 10x3 sets
Lat Pull down 100 lbs 10x3 sets

Wednesday
Stretching
Planks
Barbell Sqauts 5x5
Calf Raises
Leg Press

Thursday
Overhead Press 5x5 (5 sets of 5 reps)
Ez bar close grip curl 20lbs 1x10, 30lbs 1x10,40 lbs 1x10, 50lbsx10 reps, 60lbs 1x10reps, 50lbs 1x10reps, 40lbs 1x10reps, 30lbs 1x10 reps, 20lbs 1x10 reps
Ez bar wide grp (Same progression)
EZ bar skullcrushers (same progression)
