I have a distant family member who got a degree from Capella and a short time later was hired as a public school system school psychologist.
Unfortunately that individual didn't show interest in the forum / quick learning when I kept mentioning it and has said there is over $50,000 in school loans remaining after 2 years working.
So the education /degree appears adequate, but don't take too long
