Not to detract from the OPâs story - but on the topic of dead-end jobs, has anyone on this forum successfully transitioned from being a Pharmacy Technician? I honestly want to move away from the healthcare industry in general (management, marketing, HR and finance all interest me, but want to be in another industry) but am worried about being pigeonholed even with a degree. I have already been rejected for entry-level jobs in other industries due to âinexperience in the field.â Hoping a degree will make the difference for me.
