Well, crap.
In reference to your inquiry regarding the new Per Credit Tuition Plan (PCTP), the following information addresses your question.
You are listed as an applicant, meaning you are not an enrolled student. Students who did not enroll before April 1, 2016 must follow the new PCTP course of study that includes the residency requirement of earning TESU 16 credits of Online, Guided Study, e-Pack courses. TECEP credits are not accepted under the new PCTP. You do have the option of paying a residency waiver fee to graduate, if you don't meet the new residency requirement.
Your TECEP credits for the May 2016 term will not meet the new PCTP residency requirement because you were not an enrolled student before April 1, 2016.
Please contact an academic advisor who can assist you with developing a new academic plan. You can set up an advising appointment by using the Make an Appointment shortcut on our University's website homepage (College Degrees for Adults at Thomas Edison State University).
