All,
As with any business transaction you should get everything in writing.
And yes, your "college experience" at Excelsior is a business transaction, if you don't believe me just take a look at your credit card statament of charges from EC the next time you are paying your bills.
If you use the online communication system by loggin in, you will have all of your emails for the counselor/advisr to reference each time you communicate. They will then refer to the previous persons notes and continue on in the same manner. You can use their own notes to hold them accountable.
