Patricia Certo responded to my questions to advising and basically confirmed the "worst case."
1. Grades earned from any source other than TESU courses to not count towards the GPA requirement -- this includes TECEPs.
2. My current enrollment status was a mistake, and she helpfully (snort) had it corrected so that it now shows "accepted" instead of "OS1TU". Only registering for a course will change this now, taking a TECEP does not count under the new rules.
I've responded asking if the "new rules" have already taken effect, as there seems to also be an impression that they don't until April 1. I believe they are in effect now.
