I'm not either. I'd like for it to be a Bachelor's level. Currently, I am knocking out general / core courses. Then I will start actively pinging the Big 3 to see what kind of degree I can get with the electives I have. I really don't want a criminal justice degree, but maybe a police management one with a few certificates, based on what little I've been able to learn about degrees.
I did pass the requirements testing for proctor U, and I found a technical writing book online, so I am going to line that one up and try to knock it down.
This week, I finished the LRC100 portfolio course, which was interesting, and about half a dozen work related homeland security courses. I wish I could get into more of the threat and vulnerability assessment and modeling stuff, but haven't found any distance learning stuff on it.
I also need to dialog more with clackamas county about their program. I don't desire an AS, but if I can get one as low cost as it appears, and using things I've already done, I may pursue that as a parallel track.
