This link is titled as prelicensure, but I'm fairly confident that the policies for course correlation will be the same for the RN-to-BSN.

Thus, Chemistry 1 can't be substituted for Biochemistry. However, WGU's Biochem class isn't particularly difficult. It's pretty tedious, but not difficult. If she takes a 3-day weekend, she can probably complete it within the weekend.

Speech will actually satisfy the Comms requirement.

You're correct in your assessment that a general leadership course will not satisfy the requirement for nursing leadership. For any core nursing course, the transferred credit would have to be from a nursing course.
