So COSC's time limit for transfer credit says "unless the student has been employed in the computer field" which seems to say to me that they'd still accept your stuff. They've also got stuff on their website that seems to imply they'll give credit for industry certs even if they're a bit older, under certain circumstances.
TESU's BSBA is easy to test out of, but we don't know how much of what you've already done that they'd take.
Other than that, WGU has some competency based IT programs you might want to look into - at the graduate level as well as the undergrad.
