Congrats TESC/TESU students and alumni! :hurray:
I don't think so. In the United States university and college is generally interchangeable. EC is continually seeing an increase in student enrollment, as close to 40,000 students are currently enrolled. The college is also entering a transition as they are about to launch a new website, and new student information system; also this semester the college has started offering brick and mortar courses at their campus in Albany, NY and Washington D.C. The school is also exploring doctorate programs, and a name change also, as it was once a university, once upon a time. Excelsior College diplomas and transcripts still mention "University of the State of New York" underneath the school name on the transcript and diploma, though.
Anyway, congrats TESC/TECU students and alumni. :hurray:
