So - welcome to the club!
I think adults are always a little excited by the exams not being as hard as they expected them to be (not that there isn't anything to learn, or that you shouldn't study....) but as a mid-career adult, of COURSE you're going to know what a kid in Computers 101 is learning. I know I had an inflated idea of what was going on in "college" before I started testing. Way to go!! Rock these out and grab all the low hanging fruit you can, some will be hard later- save your brain space for them.
