cosc is asking me for samples of my speeches to approve my oral comm waiver

anyone else have to go through this? I really have done multiple speaking events, mostly in the smaller conference room size and typically do an intro - quick point and q&a session in my industry. I'm somewhat getting tired of the hoops COSC makes me jump through, although I am so very very close (this waiver and the capstone/cornerstone is all I have left)

should I just create some outlines from memory and submit?
