Seems similar. You can get it as fast as you'd like; it just depends on how quickly you want to take each exam. If you have a full-time job, a wife, and 3 kids, it will probably take longer than a single 20-year old working part-time living at home with mom and dad. Every person's situation will be unique, and the amount of time it takes for them to learn the material is different.
Realistically, you could do it in a year if you dedicated a lot of time to it. I think most of us on the forum would say that a person starting from scratch could get a degree in 1-2 years. Some are gung-ho and go much faster, some need more time and go slower.
