As long as you apply for graduation by the deadline, you should be all set. TESC asks that all transcripts be received by the deadline but they are flexible. After you apply they will send a form asking about any outstanding credits. You can apply anytime before the deadline, even if your academic eval hasn't updated. It sounds like if you graduate in Sept you can attend that years commencement ceremony.
