The Money and Banking DSST is currently unavailable for anyone to take. The website states,

"Starting January 1, 2015 this exam will be temporarily removed from registration and will return once we complete our revisions, update content, and receive new ACE approvals."

I don't really know if there is any way of knowing when this exam will be available again.
