For Charter Oak you probably only need to complete the general education courses for an AA/AS. You need several like social science, ethics, and 7 credits of science including at least one with a lab. All are pretty straightforward, of prloko doesn't beat me to it, I'll try to put a plan up for you tomorrow. Headed to bed now....
