TESC listed a course as PL/DOC, need help figuring out what to do

So TESC listed an old course I have as PL (Planned Credit) and DOC (Demonstration of Currency).

My issue is, I have 4 "10Y" courses in my Specialization area (which is HR). They only allow 9 units/3 courses.

Human Resources Management - 10Y
Organizational Behavior - 10Y
Motivational Theory - 10Y
Human Relations Applied in Business (also 10Y but not listed as such) - DOC, PL

My question is, if I take the Business in Society (MAN-311) TECEP, will it replace Organizational Behavior, remove that 10Y, and allow the Human Relations Course to be the third 10Y course allowed?

And then please help with what a "planned credit" is exactly - I can't quite figure that one out, although quite possibly that would get removed if I did the above process.

Last but not least, when I applied in 2014, this course was in my plan without the 10Y or DOC, possibly because I was a BSBA in General Management, I changed it this time around. Now, it's showing up on the Academic Eval as what I said, but it also is NOT showing up on my Unofficial Transcript as a class that has come over. It's the only course missing from the list, and it's from a school where a bunch of other classes have come over, so I know they received it.

I think that's as clear as mud! Any help would be appreciated.
